As the now universally reviled Gary Glitter used to sing “Did you miss me, yeah, while I was away.” Strange how they still play Michael Jackson records but not Gary Glitter.
I'm afraid the blog has been neglected a little while I was away being a cultural ambassador and international man of mystery in the colonies. September and the first week of October were spent in Australia and Singapore, where I didn't touch a bike for five weeks. Two or three rides a week were managed for the remainder of October but finding time to blog them in the midst of an orgy of video and photo editing proved problematic. So we'll have to make do with a few photos and some Relives to remind us of October. It came as a shock to be returning to rain and mud but the twenty odd degree temperature drop took more acclimatisation. Despite some wet days, the winter sun and autumn colours have compensated for the moments of misery.
And then we buggered off to the Costa Del Sol for a month...
