November started with a better day than August could manage, of course it could not last and we descended through wind and water to snow and back to water, the last ride of the month in bright sunshine but many degrees colder than the first ride
Fourteen rides, two hundred and forty six miles with almost twenty three and a half thousand feet of ascent, not bad for the penultimate month of the year. Plenty of riders out this month too, a whole nine different bodies dragged away from the fire and the central heating to battle everything the elements can throw at them.
For anyone who is interested and does not already know, we are having our annual Xmas dinner ride on the 15th of December, hopefully The Kings Head at Newton Under Roseberry.
Hard to believe these pictures were taken in the same month.
