April 2017 Round Up and Video.
Only a short video this month because I’m doing a separate one of our trip to Spain. April began with the Moors And Shores Adventure Cross event at Dalby Forest, an early start on a cold morning along with hundreds of like minded cyclists.
Apart from Spain, we managed only two other mountain bike rides this month, one from Lordstones and one from Great Ayton, the remainder of the 300 miles have all been on the cross bike.
On the moors, the trails are drying up nicely, only the consistently muddy patches still lying in wait to catch us out. The weather has been fairly amenable for so early in the year too, the main nuisance being a few windy days.
